Main Article Content
Abstract
With this end in mind we analyze the themes of the denomination, the different degrees of protection, the evaluation of the environmental impact, the relations between the historical heritage and the territorial planning, the educational foresights, the protection of the land where anchaeological pieces are suspectedly located, the new archaeological figures as reservation zone and archaeological park, a very concrete aspect of the law regarding casual findings, the answer of some commumties to the controversial theme of metal detectors, and the norms about archaelogical intervention.
We finish calling every one's attention over the fact that the truly important thing is not an adequate legal text but a truthful and firm political will to let it be applied.
