Abstract

This article analyzes the method of study of the current international system. After studying the factors that lead to a certain chaos in the system, it asks whether its entropy is based on an integrating method that is proper and exclusive to the international order. From this method, the author constructs a kinetic theory (geometry in motion) given the importance of the fundamental principles of international law. Only in this way will the international legal system be able to meet the new challenges of a global and structural security that this 21st century poses to States, to the international community and to humanity itself.
