Abstract

1377

This paper addresses the interaction between soft law and hard law in the area of human rights and business and, in particular, in the relationship between international law and domestic practice. Particular attention is paid to the existence of grey areas that might allow us to anticipate a perspective on future developments. The first part analyses the issue of human rights and business conduct from the perspective of the creation and development of norms; in the second part, the dichotomy between the adoption of positive law and soft law.
