Sexual slavery and forced marriage in International Law

Abstract
Over the years, the difficulty of international courts to prosecute international crimes of a sexual nature, especially the crime of sexual slavery and the practice of forced marriages, in contexts of armed conflict, has been demonstrated. This article analyses the different jurisprudence of the international courts regarding the crime of sexual slavery and the practice of forced marriages.
