Effects of extracts of bovine feces on sperm secretion in frogs

Abstract

The response of sperma secretion provoked by injection of dialized cow excrements into frogs is confirmed. The technique employed when utilizing the common spanish frog—'Rana ridibunda perezi (Seoane) — is described. The possibility of its employ for the diagnosis of bovine pregnancy is discarded.
