Evaluation of carbonic anhydrase

Abstract
A way ot realizing the colorimetric method of Philpots and Philpols to determine the activity of carbonic anhydrase in the blood is described. Its valué regardlng exactitude and sensibllity is shown. The author exposes his criterlon on the most convenient dilutions to be employed for the determination of the contents in enzyme unities in the blood.
In comparison with the tesults obtained by Roughton a lesser dispersión is observed with the method employed by the author.
