Modification of the method of determining ascorbic acid by the photo-electric cell

Abstract

Some modifications of the Martini and Bentzer methods for determining vitamine C by means of methylen blue are proposed. For the reallng of the results the photocolorimeter is applied. The method, recording to the authors, is very sensitive and easily and rapidly executed.
