Chromatographic separation and determination of purine derivatives and phosphoric esters of biological importance

Abstract

The separation of mixtures of nucleotides, coenzymes, fla­ vina, and sugars of biological interest has been obtained by descending paper chromatography. Methods are described for the identification and quantitative determination of the sepated compounds. The procedures described can be applied to the analysis of tissue extracts.
