Abstract

The AA describe a new method for the determination of phosphorolysis of deoxyguanosine in rat liver homogenate. Themethod is essentially based on Dische’s reactions for deoxyribose and on th fact that theí€ sugar moiety of deoxyguanosine is unaffected by treatment with 0,5 N NaOH for 5' at 100cC.
