Immunoelectrophoresis in dermatology

Abstract
Grabar and WiLLlAMS's teclinic lias been applied without modifications to human sérum obtained from patients who had eczema. The clasic immunoelectrophoregram, as has been des- cribed by the authors, is slightly modified.
The anomalies found in the tracing of précipitation Unes correspond principally to the globulines and specially to the B31. On the right side of the tracing where the most inter nai one of them is found, there ist appears frecuently a line of doble o triple curvature, which does not seem to be in re lation to the B32A globuline described by Burdin and coll. in the macroglobulinaemias, as in some cases these two Unes can appear side by side.
In second place, we call atention to a net line which appears frequently in the slowest zone of B22 globulines. This two lines are described.
