Abstract

The chromatographie and electrophoretic study of the free aminoacids from leaves of healthy Sempervivum tectorum L(Crassulaceae) or parasited ones by Endophyllum sempervivi Lev., shows différences in the contents of aspartic, glutamic and iíˆ-amino-butyrique acids and of amides.

The possible action of Uredineae on the free aminoacids metabolism in some higher plants is discused.
