Abstract

The authors have studied in adult albino rats the effect of Dipyridamole on the domestic gas intoxication. The drug has shown a protective action.

The domestic gas reduces the micropynocitocic vesicle number in the capillary endohelium and changes the heart mitochondria structure as well as the heart myofi lament arrangement. These alterations are not shown by the previously treated rats (10 mg of Dipyridamole for kg weight).
