Abstract

Glutamate dehydrogenase, NADP(H)-Iinked, has been purified 100 times from Pro- leus mirabilis with a recuperation of 55.8 %. The sodium salí of L-usnic acid provokes an aggregation State of glutamate dehydrogenase molecules having this aggregate the characteristics of a michaelian kinetic.
