Action of thyroxine on activity phosphatase, from the small intestine of rat

Abstract

It is tested the activity of alcaline B-glicerophosfatase of rat intestine after being treated with tyroxine.

It is found a light increase evaluated in a 17 per cent in the richest zone of Small intestine and in a 30 per cent in his meadle portion.

We study the course of the phosfatasic activity thrue the intestine and are verificated the preceding data. The most apparently increase is observed Between the 3/8 and 6/8 of his total length parteing of pilorics.

This data are not very much modificated for desoxycorterone acetate administration.
