Abstract

It is considered the possibility that anaphylactic shock can be originated by the liberation of some Chemical agent in the antigenic-antibody reaction.

This Chemical agent is identificated with the acetylcholine by Danielopolus, Chigira, Namakeura and many other authors.

Heverdeless, our experimental results upon the modifications of hematics data in animals (dogs) in State of acetycholinic and classical! anaphylactic shocks, exhibit a great difference in the preces of ones and others with respect of leucocitary data and blood coagulation. All this results are not in concordance with the ideas of the mencionated authors.
