On the usefulness of the Mack Test in the study of ovarian function

Abstract

This paper studies the results obtained with the coloration of the glycogen by means of iodine vapeurs in the smears of the female vaginal contents, and deductions therefrom upon the functional folliculinic condition (Mack's test), which procedure has not been found of any utility in the clinical practice.
