The Author reports five personal cases of painful vesicular reactions of the type of the biliary colic as seen in the course of treatment with different drugs. On the basis of these observations, the Author discusses the problem of the simple vesicular crises as described by Chabrol, who attributed to allergic, hormonal or toxic factors an etiologic role in their production.
