In 212 Staphylococcus clones taken from clinical samples a study is made of their antibiotic sensibility. Their biochemical activity is also studied. No qualitative relation was found between resistance and biochemical activity. There was a 2% resistance to metaciline and cloxociline which had no ralation to the administration of these drugs. There is a discussion of the origin of the natural resistance to these products.
