A compartive analysis by immunoelectrophorelic techniques of normal stomach and human gastric canceris realized. The differences findins are described:
a) In the gastric cancer dissapear the G 133, G 113 and G 90 an higens, so is found verydisíninished the G 53, G 46a, G 46b and G 46c antigenes, specific-organs constituents of normal human stomach.
b) In the gastric cancer appears the N 28, N 46a, N 46b and N 80 neoantigens absents in the normal human stomach.
c) Two of this N 8O and N 46b neoantigens showed to be terminal surface constitiuents of the cancerous cell. The N 46b antigen showed embryonal characteristics. From radioimmunoabsortion is comprobated that capture of immunoserum anti-neoantigens by gastric and embryobal tissue was 8,5 and 7.9, respectiveles, greatez the normal stomach.
Is disussed these results, which suggest that normal stomach supports a celular retrodiferentiation.
