This article delves into geopolitics and international contradictions on the occasion of the 2014 Crimean issue. The partial international legal orthodoxy of the United Nations and sanctions against Russia collides with the lack of concern for the human rights of the population directly affected. It is the tale of a fiction that benefits from substantial social backing and a certain historical legitimacy.

RIGHTS TRANSFER
