The purpose of this contribution is to analyse how the freedom/security binomial is resolved from a human rights perspective and the necessary search for a balance. To this end, the European Convention on Human Rights, the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and how they influence domestic legislation will be studied.

RIGHTS TRANSFER
