Abstract
En este artículo, su autor mantiene que el Derecho internacional en vigor es muy tibio en la regulación del desarme en el espacio; y que ya está desbordado, y lo será mucho más en el futuro, por la práctica en la materia de ciertos Estados, en particular la de los Estados Unidos (con su nueva National Space Policy [2006]). Las respuestas a esta práctica son, desde luego, posibles: Desde la más radical o de prohibición absoluta de las armas en el espacio ultraterrestre, hasta opciones más posibilistas de mera limitación del desarrollo de cierto tipo de armamento espacial.

RIGHTS TRANSFER
