La consagración internacional del concepto de interés común de la Humanidad; B. La conservación de la diversidad biológica, interés común de la Humanidad . 3. los elementos de nacionalización: el principio de la soberanía estatal sobre los propios recursos naturales: A. La consagración internacional del principio de la soberanía permanente de los Estados sobre los propios recursos naturales. B. Los derechos soberanos de los Estados sobre los propios recursos biológicos.- III. CONCLUSIONES.

RIGHTS TRANSFER
