LA EJECUCIÓN EN ESPAÑA DE LAS SENTENCIAS DICTADAS POR EL TRIBUNAL EUROPEO DE DERECHOS HUMANOS: A) La sentencia dictada el 23 de junio de 1993 en el asunto Familia Ruiz-Mateos c. España: a) La vulneración del párrafo 1 del artículo 6 del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos: i) El carácter no equitativo del proceso: las providencias de 31 de enero de 1994 de la Sección Tercera de la Sala Segunda del Tribunal Constitucional. ii) El retraso indebido en el proceso: la vía de la responsabilidad patrimonial del Estado por el funcionamiento anormal de la Administración de Justicia. b) La Resolución adoptada el 21 de marzo de 1994 por el Comité de Ministros del Consejo de Europa. B) La sentencia de aplicación del artículo 50 dictada el 13 de junio de 1994 en el asunto Barberá, Messegué y Jabardo c. España. C) Las sentencias dictadas el 9 de diciembre de 1994 en los asuntos Ruiz Torija c. España, Hiro Balani c. España y López Ostra c. España.- IV. CONCLUSIÓN.
