Abstract

339
Until past 18th of December 2014, the only specific rules for the regulation of International Treaties in our national law was the Decree 801/1972 of 24th of March, which presented important deficits and was considerably out of date.  Therefore, the Spanish Parliament has approved the Act of Treaties and Other International Agreements. In this Act, Spain develops, clarifies and coordinates the internal organisation regarding to the Law of Treaties.  Two new types of International Agreements are included: the International Administrative Agreement and the International Non-Normative Agreement. This new legal text serves as a framework for the Vienna Convention of the Law of Treaties of 1969 –and 1986–.
