Abstract

The article addresses some essential principles about internal communication within non-profit institutions: those related to institutional identity and those related to communication. Among the communication principles it is possible a double approach: a) the information coming from outside, created out of the non-profit; b) the institution itself as the source of information. People who are in charge of communication programs need a specific knowledge to deal with those principles. Besides the specific knowledge, the ethical vision is a necessary step to build up the internal communication within non-profit organizations.
