The journal Empresa y Humanismo ceased publication in January 2025 due to the disappearance of the Empresa y Humanismo Institute, a fundamental pillar of its publishing activities.

All issues of the journal will continue to be available on this website.

The journal Empresa y Humanismo is a periodical published by the Institute for Business and Humanism at the University of Navarra. Its main objective is to collect, from an interdisciplinary perspective (philosophical, economic and corporate, legal, historical and political), unpublished and intellectually rigorous work on business and social organizations, understood as human institutions, and on leadership.

The journal also hopes to serve as a useful tool so that people engaged in business management have access to a serious intellectual reference point.

This journal aims to provide teaching staff and researchers with access to contributions from colleagues on issues relating to business or society that have been addressed from a humanistic perspective.
