A method for the determination of dehydroisoandrosterone

Abstract
Method for the Determination of Dehydroisoandrosterone
A simple, sensitive, and specific method for the quantitative determination of dehidroisoandrosterone is presented. Dehidroisoandrosterone was evaluated by this method in normal humans, forty males and thirty five females. The differences between the two groups were highly significant, and the average values obtained
were comparable to those reported by other investigators.
