Abstract

It has been studied in vitro the antagonismos of dipiridamol and adenosin-desaminase. It’s concluded that dipiridamol is a competitive inhibitor of adenosin-desaminase. The valué of Ki obtained relating the reciproca! valué of inicial velocity of the enzimatic reaction with the concentration of dipiridamol is of 0.16 mM. With the concen traron of enzime employed we obtain an inhibition of 46 and 56 % of its activity in presence of concentrations of dipiridamol of 0.3 and 0.6 mM.
