Antagonism between serotonin and Th-1165a in the isolated uterus of the rat

Abstract
Antagonism between serotonin and Th-1165a in the isolated rat uterus
The activíty of Th-1165a (a beta stimuling agent) is studied at molecular level as serotonin antagonist. The Th-1165a, is a non competitive antagonist of serotonin, with a very much higher activity in front of serotonin, that in front of oxytocin. Its pD' is 9.7 +- 0.15.
