Abstract
Study of the Th1165a activity in different effector territories
The new beta adrenergic drug, Th 1165a, has on uterus and vascular beds, a greater activity than isoproterenol. So its 50% effective dose, it etwas lower. The intrinsic activity of Th1165a, is placed between 0,8 and 0,9.
The positive chronotropic action of this substance is not constant
