Abstract

A study has been made of the KÖ- 592 (adrenolithic beta)-isoproterenol antagonism on arterial pressure, cardiac frequency and uterine motility, using anesthetized female dogs, previously subject to a uterine probe.

The antagonism between the two drugs has studied at molecular level in order to determine the nature of the same, and the conclusión has been reached that KÖ-592 is a competitive antagonism of aleudrine.
