Abstract

The antagonism type, at molecular level, from Th 1165a, in front of Oxytocin induced contractions of rat uterus is studied. The activity is comparated with the Orciprenaline one. The antagonism between Th 1165a, and Oxytocine is of non-competitive-type. Th 1165a is from 7.06 to 7.42 times stronger that Orciprenaline.
