New biological applications of photoelectric photometry

Abstract

It is described a new photoelectric photometer specially made for the study of biological processes with which it is posible to register automatically, on mouving photographical paper, the corresponding processes. We obtain, in a first experment, the grafic representation of the trouble produced by CO2 in a solution of Ca (0H)2, comparatively with a test.
