Abstract

The author has tested the treatment of repeated esplacnics anastesic infiltrations in a total of twenty-seven patients of medical nephropathies, in order to attain a betterment in the kidney irrigation, suitable for the favorability of the evolution of hurts. In two cases of acute glumeurolousnephrite, it has not be pointed any influence, favorable or unfavorable, by the innervation suppression. Jn ten cases of chronic and subsonic nephrite, it is observed in general a beneficious effect, especially in the anuride complication. In the nephrosis, absolute inefficacity.


In connection of this therapeutical test, the writer accomplish an experimental study of the effects of anastesical blockade of the kidney innervation in dogs. This blockade is directly made or after having modificated the State of kidney innervation by the provocation of several reflexes (ureter obstruction and distention, kidney vein binding, faradical excitation). We compared the results of ours experiments with those of the some others authors that have studied the action of kidney nervous systems by section or chirurgical denervation and observing the corresponding effects during long time. The following conclusion is established: the poliurical intensity produced by esplaenic interruption is extraordinarily variable, because it depends of the preexisting nervous tone. After a relatively short time (of several minutes to an hour), the diurese tends to reduce his first values, as if the arteriols of an authonomical and independent manner will recuperate the tone of his former regulation State.


Finally, we add that in some-ones experiments the anestesical blockade of kidney peducoulous will not be modificated the diurese and in ithers-ones it will be produced an inhibition that we assume due to the interruption of an axonical vessel-expansion influence, previously provokated by several treatments.
