Serum phosphatase in jaundice dog experimental

Abstract

We study the course of phosphathasemie in several conditions of experimental bile retention in dogs, which is compared with the course of bilirubinemie. The conditions of parallelism of dissociation of both curves are evidenciated.

The increase of phosphathasemie is more pronounced and constant that which corresponds to the bilirubine in all forms of total of partial oclusion of bileduets.
