Experimental production of specific proteidases. IV. - Influence of adrenal hypofunction

Abstract
Integral cats do not eliminate through urine any defensive proteidases against suprarenal substracts of the same species, not against any other substracts essayed, even after being injected with lactic proteids.
Mono or bi-suprarenectomized cats do not produce any defensive proteidases against suprarenal substracts.
Mono or bi-suprarenectomized cats create defensive ferments on being injected with milk, although they are of an inespecific nature.
Suprarenectomized cats (with a persistence of glandular tissue remainders) produce inespecific defensive enzymes.
