Transcendentals and human perfection in the «Summa Halensis»
Main Article Content
Abstract
There is no doubt that the question of transcendentals and their possible distinction attracted the attention of thinkers of the thirteenth century. However, this task was carried out in different ways. In the case of the Summa Halensis, the criterion used to make this distinction not only defi nes each transcendental separately, but also incorporates them into a single soteriological plane. This paper deals with both aspects.
