Abstract

After describing the process and motives leading to the elaboration of the Sapin Law, the author carries out an extensive historical exposition of the media sector in France, pointing out its bad habits and deficiencies, and describes the present situation of advertising in that country one year after the implementation of the law reforming the sector.
