Abstract

225
The discovery of the market’s laws was one of the basis for the beginning of Classical Economics, with the paradigm of homo economicus. In our time, this paradigm is being reviewed and criticized for its failure, especially on the need to keep in mind that human action is a moral action. Therefore, the article reviews the concept of the market in an author of the sixteenth century, Francisco de Vitoria, noting the relationship between market and morality.
