Abstract

This essay contains some reflections about the Argentinian crisis. Its main conclusion is that the Argentinian case is perfectly understandable from a technical-economic point of view. The ideological reasons have had less influence in this process, mainly through the administrators’ behaviour. In Argentina there was neither an insuperable ignorance nor a decisive external constraint; on the contrary, a favourable cycle was wasted.

RIGHTS TRANSFER
