Abstract

110
These are considered the most important normative moments on the liturgy from 1983, groping them in relation to four questions: - the definition of fundamental ecclesial goods in relation with the baptism, the order, the penance, and the Eucharist; - limits of the fundamental rights of the faithful in relation with the sacraments; - variations, liturgical adaptations and translations, likewise as the different competences of the Bishops, Conferences and the Holy See; - actuation of the laity in ministries proximate to those which are realized by the clergy. Necessity to proclaim, to limit and to define the competences which correspond to clergy and laity. Also considered are the dispositions about the use of the Roman liturgy previous to the II Vatican Council. Towards the end of the study, an ample list collects acts of the Roman Pontiff and of the Roman Curia which affect the liturgical law from 1983 to 2008.
