Conscientious Objection to Abortion and Equality Rights of Healthcare Professionals
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper deals with the protection of equality and non-discrimination of healthcare professionals who refuse to perform abortions for reasons of conscience. It also discusses to what extent ethos-based healthcare entities can discriminate their employees on religious or ideological grounds and subject them to duties of loyalty towards their ethos.
