Todas las personas han de ser titulares no sólo de derechos políticos y civiles, sino también sociales y laborales, que procuran un status de dignidad favorecedor, en última instancia, de la igualdad reconocida universalmente como principio. La amplitud que en la Declaración Universal y en los textos normativos posteriores -además de la realidad social- han adquirido estos derechos permite catalogarlos como auténticos derechos humanos y en ellos se integran, ya hoy sin duda, algunos típicamente laborales como la limitación de la jornada, el descanso o las vacaciones, con los efectos que son propios de aquéllos.

RIGHTS TRANSFER
