INTRODUCCION. I. DERECHO NATURAL Y CIENCIA JURIDICA EN LA BAJA EDAD MEDIA. 1. Derecho natural y libertad natural; 2. El tema del "Derecho de gentes" o la racionalidad jurídica; 3. La función de la razón en el Derecho natural. II. TIEMPOS DE TRANSICION. 1. La tradición recibida: a) El Derecho natural como una realidad racional; b) El Derecho de gentes y las tendencias naturales. 2. La reacción contra la tradición: a) La crisis de la ciencia jurídica tradicional y la historificación del Derecho romano; b) Una nueva "razón" práctica: el Derecho desde la Filosofía. 3. La ciencia de la justicia, es decir, la Jurisprudencia o el Derecho natural.
