The effect of an synthetic heparinoid (SP-54) on platelet aggregation

Abstract
The antithrombotic activity of a synthetic heparinoid, SP-54, has been studied. It was demonstrated that the SP-54 at the rapeutical doses, prevents in vitro platelets from adhering to each other. It could suggest the use of this drug to prevent the thrombus formation in the thrombophilic state.
