Effect of dipyridamol on the electrokinetic potential of platelets

Abstract
Effect of Dipyridamol on the Electrokinetic Potential of Platelets. Rev. esp. Fisiol., 30, 77-80. 1974.
The effect of different doses of dipyridamol on the electrokinetic potential of platelets has been studied in plasma from 31 normal subjects. As increase of the plate let migratory velocity was found, being statistically significant at 4 /xg/ml final con centration.
The possible implications of this increase as related to changes in the platelet membrane an the antiaggregating effect of dipyridamol are discussed.
