Variations in pulmonary arterial pressure due to hypertensive and hypotensive drugs

Abstract
One single injection of the hyper- and hypotensor adrenaline, ephedrine, suprifen, pervitina, veritol, acetylcholine, histamine, and doril always produces a pressure increase in the pulmonary artery, even in cases of hypotension of the carotid artery.
