Abstract
The action of vitamin B6 on the isolated cardias and pylorus of guinea pig has been studied.Vitamin B6 has an inhibiting and relating action on the spontaneous movement of the cardias and pylorus. Vitamin B6 causes on the acethylcholinic contracture the appearance of dented contractions. The obtained results are briefly discussed.
