About the Journal
Rilce accept new miscellaneous articles for evaluation for publication from 2027 onwards.
Rilce. Revista de Filología Hispánica (until 1988 Rilce. Journal of the Institute of Spanish Language and Culture) was founded in 1985 by Jesús Cañedo and Ignacio Arellano from the Department of Philology at the University of Navarra. It publishes two regular issues per year featuring research articles and reviews of recent publications. Since 2022, it has been available exclusively in digital format.
Rilce accepts original and unpublished research articles, written in Spanish or English, on Spanish language, linguistics, Spanish and Latin American literature, and literary theory. Comparative and interdisciplinary studies are accepted as long as they are relevant to the journal’s thematic areas. Reviews critically assess recent publications in the same fields.
Submissions must be original research contributions that provide new conclusions based on a well-defined and justified methodology. Manuscripts must comply with the journal's editorial guidelines and undergo anonymous peer review.
